OH YEAH!
With over 800,000 units sold in its first week of availability in Japan, it was a given that Smash Bros. Brawl would cross the million sold mark faster than any Wii game before it. Sure enough, the game managed just that, as Famitsu.com, citing sales data from its publisher Enterbrain, reports today that Brawl sales reached the 1,082,344 mark on the 10th.
Honestly, this comes to no great surprise to me. I knew that Super Smash Bros Brawl wasa going to be a great game, and it is. It is selling EXTREMELY well in Japan, and clearly going to do the same in other regions on its release. It may even sell faster and better because of hte wait. But congratulations Nintendo you win.

If brawl sells that well in Japan, then imagine how well it will sell in the US.
